  I've got to where if my kids want McDonald's I just drive to center point because the Pinson location always messes up my order forgets food in my bag or makes it wrong I'm highly allergic to onions and they put the on my sandwich every time. Not to mention they just throw your food in a bag you open it to check it before you pull out of the parking lot because you know you are going to have to go back on and your fries are trumped over and your sandwich is hanging out of the box. The worst part is they are rude there they are not considerate and if you ask them to fix your order they act like you are the worst person in the world. It's sad I have 4 children that love McDonald's but I will not go to the Pinson location again

  I DON'T EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR I ORDERED A NUMBER 5 COMBO WHICH IS A CHICKEN SANDWICH AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT THE CHICKEN ON MY SANDWICH LIKE SERIOUSLY

  This McDonald's has seen a lot of change in the past few months. The people that used to work here were unruly kids and/or young adults with no manners, respect or idea of how a fast food business operates. It was like their go-to-work playground. I have seen many come and go here but today I see something in the management that looks promising, care and effort, more than any before with any fast food establishments. This Mcdonald's has lots of potential with the right management, and with the correct staff it can be the best. TCB ⚡️ Beth
